Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on May 21, 2025 and completed on May 21, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on April 4, 2025 relating to allegations of establishing and implementation of policies & procedures regarding hand washing, appropriate supervision, and physical plant. This inspection included observations, interviews, and tour of the facility. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
