An announced, on-site monitoring inspection for a new center was initiated and completed on 07/22/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:30. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children in care as the center has not opened yet.
The inspection included document review including business entity background checks, a tour of the facility inside and outside, and inspection of emergency supplies. This center had been an operating child day center for many years, and many of the supplies have remined to be used by the current owner. The director and staff have the required training to open the center, and the owner completed the CDC Phase II training.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
