Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 1/03/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 and ended at 12:15. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children and 6 staff present. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 1 new staff record. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center shall maintain a current written list of children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions documented in the allergy plan. The list shall be dated and kept confidential.

The center had the required list but it was not dated.

When food is brought from home, the food container shall be sealed and clearly labeled in a way that identifies the owner.

Children bring lunch from home and the lunch boxes were not labeled.
