Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 7/10/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:40 and ended at 12:45. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children and 7 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with the applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1There were several nails protruding from the landscaping area next to the sidewalk on the side of the center in which the children have access to.
