An unannounced inspection was initiated on December 18, 2024, and completed on December 18, 2024, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on October 7, 2024, relating to allegations of preventing the spread of disease. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
