An announced on-site initial inspection was conducted on July 18, 2024 from 10:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. There were 4 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 10. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the home, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
