During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on July 17, 2025 and completed on July 17, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:15 pm and ended at 2:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included documentation review, tour of the facility and interviews.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A child day center operated or conducted under the auspices of a religious institution, shall post the fact that it is exempt from licensure in a visible location on the premises.
