Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on March 31, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:55 p.m. and ended at 1:50 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were eight children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed two children?s records on-site on March 31, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews
