An announced initial subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on September 5, 2024 at the center. There were 24 children present with 10 staff supervising including administrative staff. The SHSI inspection covered the subsidy health and safety regulations. A total 2 administrative staff's records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
