During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/18/2024, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10 am and ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (3) children and (1) resident child present with (1) caregiver; the point total was (13). The inspector reviewed (3) children?s records, (1) caregiver record, and (3) household member records on-site on 10/18/2024. This inspection included: document review (files, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs); tour of the facility; and interviews.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards, and violations documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Child-resistant protective covers larger than 1-1/4 inches in diameter shall be installed on all unused electrical outlets accessible to children under five years of age.

One outlet cover was missing for an outlet that was accessible to the 2 mobile children that were in care today.

Documentation shall be maintained for all emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drills.

The fire drill conducted in the month of September 2024 was not recorded on the posted log.
