An initial inspection was initiated on 08/13/2024 and concluded on 08/13/2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM. All areas indoors and outdoors that will be used by children were observed for compliance and measured for capacity. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. Records for the agents of the facility and the director were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
