An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/29/2025 and completed on 07/29/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 12:10 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 49 children present and 17 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
