An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 03/09/2026 and completed on 03/09/2026, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as a result of the last inspection related to 340. The on-site inspection began at 10:10 am and ended at 1:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 67 children present and 18 staff. This inspection included: document review, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
