Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on October 10, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on October 4, 2024 relating to allegations of Supervision. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, observations, and interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
