Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/10/25 and completed on 7/31/25 with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/8/25 relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and seven staff records on-site. This inspection included:

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
