Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 07/10/2024 and
completed on 07/11/2024, as a part of, the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:30pm and ended at 1:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance
in the areas listed above. There were 37 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 6
children?s records and 5 staff records electronically on 7/11/2024. This inspection included
document review , tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
