During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/3/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:05 AM and ended at 2:00 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 57 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.
This inspection included:

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2There is poison ivy growing along the back fence and up the trunk of a tree on the school aged playground.
Maintenance will be immediately notified to remove the poison ivy. Routine checks will be conducted to ensure that the poison ivy does not re-grow.
A child in the preschool classroom was using a pillow from the quiet corner at nap time. The pillow was not assigned for individual use and was not covered with a pillow case.
All staff will be reminded that if a child has a pillow at nap time it must be assigned for only that child's use and must be covered by a removable pillow case that can be washed.
