Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site (monitoring/renewal/focused) inspection was completed on 11/21/2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:24 p.m. and ended at 1:33 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were five children present and two caregivers; the point total was 15. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and two caregiver and 1 household member's records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Potentially poisonous substances, materials and supplies such as, but not limited to, cleaning agents, disinfectants, deodorizers, plant care chemicals, pesticides, and petroleum distillates shall be stored in areas inaccessible to children.

There were two bottles of cleaning supplies stored on a counter top that was accessible to children.
