An announced, on-site initial inspection was conducted today. The on-site inspection began at 1:45am and ended at 2:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There was one caregiver present with one household member. The inspector reviewed one sample children's record, one caregiver record, one household members record on-site,
completed a document review and a tour of the home.
