Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site inspection was conducted on 5/28/2025. The center is requesting to modify their license to include preschool aged children. The on-site inspection began at 7:55 am and ended at 8:25 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, observations and measurements.
