An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/26/2026 and completed on 3/4/2026, as part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:40am and ended at 11:54am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
There were 3 children and 2 staff present. The inspector reviewed records for 2 children on-site on 2/26/2026 and 2 staff electronically on 3/4/2026.
