Inspector Notes
An announced Initial inspection was initiated and conducted on July 18, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:30pm and ended at 3:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present. The inspector reviewed one (1) caregiver records and three (3) household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, and interviews. Five cribs were on site and meet the CPSC requirements. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
