Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 5/21/2025 and completed on 5/21/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 10:52 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 30 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The following aspects of the child day center's operations are described in a written statement provided to the parents or guardians of the children in the center and made available to the general public: physical facilities, enrollment capacity, food services, health requirements for the staff, and public liability insurance.

The Staff #1 confirmed that the enrollment capacity, health requirements for staff, qualifications of personnel, and public liability insurance had not been provided in writing to the parents/guardians and made available to the general public.
Plan of Correction: I've posted the Public Disclosure WITH the addition of Liability insurance.
