A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 5/14/2025. The inspection started at 11:15 am and concluded at 12:05 pm. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Sharp kitchen utensils and other sharp objects shall be inaccessible to children unless being used by the caregiver or with children under close supervision.

There was a set of knives on the dining room table behind the child play area that was accessible to children in care.
