Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 06/10/2025 and completed on 06/24/2025, as a part of a request to modify the license to serve infants through twelve year old children. The on-site inspection began at 3:30pm and ended at 4:05pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and two caregivers. Additional information was reviewed electronically on 06/24/25. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
