An announced, on-site initial monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/27/2024 and completed on 09/27/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 AM and ended at 11:15 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspector reviewed the director?s and agents? files.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interview, and measurements.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2The centers playground safety procedure does not include a method of maintaining resilient surface.
The shelter-in-place and lockdown plan did not contain procedures to reunite children with a parent or authorized person designated by the parent to pick up the child.
