Inspector Notes

An announced on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 7/21/24 since this is new family day home. The on-site inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 11:25. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.

Provider background checks were reviewed. This inspection included document review and inspection of the home inside and outside. The provider has completed the required FDH Phase II training. The home is clean and organized in a manner to provide care for children in a safe and healthy way. Supplies were observed such as emergency supplies, and activity supplies and equipment for the children inside and outside.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
