An unannounced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 08/05/2024 and completed on 08/08/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10 AM and ended 11 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present during the inspection. This inspection included: tour of the facility, outdoor play area and measurements.
