An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 7/22/2024 from 9:35 - 10:12am. There were no children present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed records and adult/household member background checks, health documentation, physical space, trainings and nutrition. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
