An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on August 22, 2024, and completed on the same day. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 AM and ended at 10:17 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 1 provider and 1 household member record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the residence, interviews, and observations.
