Inspector Notes

An unannounced, renewal inspection was completed on February 13, 2025. The inspection began at 9:00 a.m. and ended at 10:17 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 14. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records, 1 caregiver record, and 3 household members records. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on 2/20/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website

Family day home providers are required to keep a written record of children in attendance each day.

There were six children physically present but only four children were signed in on the written attendance sheet.
Plan of Correction: The two children were signed in during the inspection. The provider will ensure that parents sign children in as they arrive.
