An announced, on-site initial inspection was completed on 10/07/2024, as a part of the licensure process. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present. The inspector reviewed a mock children?s record with the provider and 5 caregiver/household member's records.
