Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on October 28, 2025 and completed on November 28, 2025 with a local Department of Social Services agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on October 28, 2025 relating to allegations of sexual abuse. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 5 staff records on-site on October 28, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
