Inspector Notes

An in-person initial subsidy inspection was conducted on July 30, 2024. There were no children in care and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. There are no children enrolled at this time. The inspector reviewed the adult/household member records submitted by the vendor. The forms to be used for the children records, the fire drill form, the emergency preparedness plan form and attendance form were reviewed with the vendor. The cots and mesh sided crib was inspected. The one level home was inspected.

Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
