Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on 9/19/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:20 AM and ended at 12:35 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. Only children in the unlicensed elementary school were present. The inspector reviewed 2 staff records on site. This inspection included:
- document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, authorization forms),
- tour of the facility,
- interviews with program director,
- observations, and
- measurements of the inside and outdoor playground.
The program director would like to begin providing care on 10/28/2024.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
