An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was completed on 9/2/2025. The inspection began at 12:20pm and ended at 1:25pm. There were 24 children present with 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 child records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of the facility.
