A person trained and certified in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) will be present at the child day center whenever children are present.
Staff #1 and Staff #2 do not have CPR or First Aid certifications, and they were the only staff present when the inspection was initiated. Approximately 39 minutes later, Staff #3, who is certified in CPR and First Aid, arrived.
