Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was conducted on 12/3/2025. The inspection began at 1:05pm and ended at 2:30pm. There were 36 children present. The inspector reviewed 5 child records and 7 staff records on-site. The inspection included document review, observations, and a tour of the facility. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
