Inspector Notes
An unannounced, onsite renewal inspection was initiated and completed on September 22, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:10 p.m. and ended at 4:00 p.m.The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and 1 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
