An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 08/15/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 AM and ended at 11:15 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. The inspector reviewed the board officer?s and director?s records electronically on 08/15/2024. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility and playground, interview and measurements.
