Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site initial monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/29/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:15 am and ended at 11:05 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and measurements.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Each building that houses a child day program that is licensed, that serves preschool-age children, shall be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector. There was no carbon monoxide detector in the building.

Hazardous substances shall be kept in a locked place that prevents access by children. Hand soap marked warning, keep out of reach of children, was on the sink in the children's bathroom and on the sink in the 1 year old classroom.

One working, battery-operated flashlight and one working, battery-operated radio in each building used by children are required non medical emergency supplies. There was no battery operated flashlight or battery operated radio in the building.
