If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 5/28/25 and completed on 5/28/2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 5/27/25 relating to allegations of daily activities for infants. This inspection included:
? tour of the facility,
? interviews,
? observations

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, violations that were not reported were found related to comfort as needed and are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 8/15/25. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

During the inspection an eight month old was crying, for approximately two minutes, while in a bouncy seat and no one attempted to console or proved comfort for the child. The child threw up when staff #1 finally picked up the child.
Plan of Correction: Written infant schedules are posted. Children are not to remain in bouncy seats for more than 15 minutes. All staff have been notified to provide care & love for all infant needs on demand.
