Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 8/27/25. The on-site inspection began at 11:40 am and ended at 3:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 77 children present and 21 staff. The inspector reviewed six children?s records and six staff records on-site.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The diapering surface shall be cleaned with soap and at least room temperature water and sanitized after each use.
