Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on September 19, 2024 and completed on September 27, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:40 pm and ended at 1:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 31 children present with 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site on September 19,2024. This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on October 4, 2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The center is required to obtain background checks from any state in which the individual from any state in which the individual has resided in the precding five years.

Evidence:
The center did not request a search of the child abuse and neglect registry from one state for Staff #2, who has been employed for more than a month and was workign with children at the the time of insepction.
Plan of Correction: Submitted central registry check waiting on results it will come to her email. Fingerprints requested attahed copy of request to this doucment.
