An announced, on-site initial subsidy inspection was conducted on 8/15/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 amand ended at 10:55 am. The inspector reviewed compliance
in the areas listed above. There was 1 child present with the provider. The inspector reviewed
children?s records and staff records on site. This inspection included
? document review , model policies and procedures, emergency drill logs,
tour of the program and emergency supplies.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or
