An Initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 8/19/2024, from 11:00AM to 11:35AM. There were 0 children in care. Required background searches, training and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also discussed/reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
