Inspector Notes

An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on and completed on September 16, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:10am and ended at 10:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.

There were four children present and two caregivers; the point total was 9 points.
The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two caregiver?s records on-site on September 9, 2024. This inspection included document review (i.e. policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, authorization forms, tour of the residence, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and a violation is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Children's records are required to indicate whether or not there is liability insurance and provisions of the family day home?s emergency preparedness and response plan. The record for Child #1, Child #2 , Child #3 , and Child #4 were missing the liability insurance and emergency preparedness and response plan information. The children were present during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: The forms were downloaded during the inspection, and I will have the parents complete them when they come to pick up today.
