An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on September 16, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 10:05 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 1 staff. The inspector reviewed1 staff record, and 1 household member record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that hot water at taps available to children shall maintain withing a range of 105 degrees F to 120 degrees F.

Evidence: The hot water temperature in the children?s bathroom registered at 135 degrees F. The hot water temperature was obtained using a digital thermometer.
