A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and concluded on 08/23/2024. There were 4 children present with 1 staff supervising. 4 child records were reviewed, one caregiver and one resident records were also reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
