A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 8/20/25. The inspection started at 11:00 am and concluded at 11:45 am. There were 4 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 9. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records, 1 caregiver record and 1 household member record on-site.
